Users, healthcare professionals, companies and other stakeholders may report a suspected error through the MedInfoBase Contact page. Please identify the affected page or record and provide the strongest available supporting source.
How corrections are reviewed
Reports are checked against the underlying source evidence, canonical medicine identity and relevant update history. A company request alone does not override regulatory-source evidence.
Possible outcomes
A record may be corrected, linked to a more recent source, reclassified, temporarily held from public display, or left unchanged when the available evidence does not justify a change.
Material changes
Where technically available, MedInfoBase retains source history and audit information so that important changes can be traced rather than silently replacing prior evidence.
Urgent safety concerns
MedInfoBase is not an emergency, pharmacovigilance or regulatory reporting channel. Suspected adverse reactions, product-quality complaints or urgent regulatory matters should be reported through the appropriate official healthcare or regulatory channel.
