What we can do
Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) surveillance
Collection and analysis of culture-and-sensitivity data from hospital and private laboratories, with a focus on Balochistan and under-reported regions; antibiotic consumption and prescribing surveys (WHO AWaRe classification); support for GLASS-style reporting.
Medicine prices, availability and affordability
Facility surveys using the WHO/HAI methodology (public, private and NGO sectors), linked to the official DRAP price data we maintain daily; price-change monitoring and affordability analysis against daily wages.
Pharmacovigilance and medicine use
Adverse drug reaction reporting support, medicine-use evaluations in hospitals, prescribing-pattern studies and rational-use training for pharmacists and prescribers.
Health data and field work
Questionnaire design and validation (including Urdu adaptation), trained field pharmacists, data cleaning and statistical analysis, and ethics-committee submissions through partner universities.
